Morden: Amelia, 80 years, beloved wife of the late Les Morden, mother of Allen, Garry, Darcy, Roger, Leslie and Mina, passed away in the Souris Personal Care Home on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. A graveside funeral service for family and friends will be held at the Souris & Glenwood Cemetery, Souris, Manitoba, on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Souris Legion. In memory of Amelia, donations may be made to a charity of your choice or “paying it forward by volunteering”.

  11. My deepest sympathies to all Amelia’s family. I had the pleasure of knowing her from living in the Crescent Manor and through our time together in the Legion Auxiliary. She was a great friend and someone I could always depend on to steer me in the right direction.

    We are so very sorry, for your loss of your Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother. . She was our baby sitter, many years ago. And she took care of us as recent as April 2017 , when we lost our Mother. We find comfort in the knowledge that Amelia’s kindness, compassion, and spirit will live on through those she has left behind.
