Arthur, 88 years, beloved husband of Denise Paulsen, father of Cindy (Bill) Scott and Duane Paulsen. Arthur passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on January 29, 2025. A service will be held later in the spring. In memory of Arthur, donations may be made to Souris Glenwood Foundation Box 518 Souris, Manitoba R0K 2C0 or to a charity of your choice.
