Billy, 66 years, beloved husband of Melany Gittens, father of Adrianne, grandfather of Dion and Derrell. Billy passed away suddenly at the Souris Health Centre on October 8, 2025. A celebration of Billy’s life was held at Kowalchuk’s Funeral Chapel on Monday, October 20, 2025.
