Ron, beloved husband of Linda Deleau, father of Sandy and Warren, step-dad to Denise, Darryl, Dana, Derek, grandpa to 17. Ron passed away in the Souris Health Centre on his 80th birthday September 28, 2023. Memorial Reception to celebrate Ron’s life will be held at the Souris Legion on Friday, October 6, 2023 at Noon. Arbuckle, Robert Harold

Robert (Bob) Harold Arbuckle

 Dad passed away at the Souris Personal Care Home on Sept 19th, 2023 after complications from a stroke he suffered on April 7th, 2023. He enjoyed 94 ½ years of excellent health. For the last 5 months, he was bedridden and paralyzed on his right side. It was tough for him and the family as we’ve been so lucky to have him in great health for so long!

George Torrance, beloved Father of Dean, Jill, and Tim passed away in Calgary, September 7th at the age of 87 years, with his family at his side. Special thanks to the staff on Unit 46 of the Foothills Medical Center for their very compassionate care before his passing.

George was born on the family farmstead near Griswold on January 4th, 1936 to George Sr. and Jessie (Durston). He was the youngest of three, John, Joan, and George Jr.

It is with great sadness I announce the passing of my mom, Bertha Mary Heape, who passed away at the Souris Health Centre on March 10, 2023 at the age of 79 years.
Mom was born to Delbert and Lavinia Russell in Deloraine, Manitoba on July 23, 1943. She lived in Dand until moving to Hartney. Mom spoke fondly of her railroad trips with her parents and her sister Lucy.

George Hennessy of Oak Lake, Manitoba was born November 2, 1941 in Kenora, Ontario. George passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the Health Sciences Centre – Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 16, 2023.
