Collin was born October 1, 1980 in Brandon, Manitoba and passed away peacefully with his family at his side at the Souris Hospital on November 11, 2024 at the age of 44 years. Collin is survived by his wife Ashley, his children; Norah, Cali, MaKenzie, Zach and Aiden. Parents Joyce Barwick (Darrell Dinko), Darrell Kempthorne (Brenda). Grandmother Geraldine Kempthorne. Father-in-law Don Skinner, mother-in-law Sande Denbow (Doug Denning); Domi. Brothers and sisters; Melissa (Rod) Whitfield; Reese and Ben, Ken (Nicole) Kempthorne; Tanner and Walker, Trisha Morgan (Adam); Bailey and Brady, Shawn Wilcox (Dallas), Danika Dinko, Katrina Sigurdson (Sean); Finn and Gray. Ashley’s brothers and sisters: Jason (Julie); Jayden, Abby, Terry (Amber); Savannah, Ethan, Carter and Alexis, Johnny (Natalia); Jonnae, Tycen and Bryley, Regan (Kelvin); Desiree and Jay, Jaime (Bill); Brady, Maddi Jane and Duke, Amy (Todd); Nicole, Teagan, Abigail and Bohdi, sister-in-law Dana; Katie and Emily and predeceased by David.
He will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and all his friends.
A celebration of Collin’s life was held at Souris-Glenwood Community Hall on Monday, December 9, 2024. Private interment in the Souris & Glenwood Cemetery.
