Scharff, Liza

Liza (Nee: Hardy), 90 years, beloved wife of the late Bill Scharff, mother of Diane (Don), Maureen (Curtis) and the late Darlene, Gary and Tony. Liza passed away at the Souris Personal Care Home on February 26, 2025. Funeral service was held at Kowalchuk’s Funeral Chapel, Souris, Manitoba on Friday, March 7, 2025. Private interment in the Riverside Cemetery, Hartney at a later date. In memory of Liza, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

  2. My sincerest sympathy in your loss. I remember both Liza and Bill when I worked in the post office at Oak Lake and always appreciated visiting with them. Praying that God would comfort you at this sad time.

    So sorry to learn about your mom, mother-law, and grandma. When I used to visit Uncle Billie and Liza in Brandon, I remember your mom’s tasty home baked cakes , her pets and her unique laugh.
