Sorry to hear of Art’s passing, Arthur was one of the first people we met when coming to Souris in 2011 he gave us the guided tour and was a great ambassador citizen in the community we have shared some great conversation over coffee and helped each other out from time to time. Art always had time to greet and share a few words when bumping into him, I’m sorry to see him go he was a kind and honest person. Our condolences to Mettie and all of Arthur’s family. God Bless

  8. Arthur was a great man that loved his boys very much. He was also a great listener and always had time to help someone no matter the circumstance. He taught me how to fish when I was young and those times I will never forget. You left a hole in my heart and for many others . But I know I will see you again . RIP, god be with you.
