Sorry to hear of Art’s passing, Arthur was one of the first people we met when coming to Souris in 2011 he gave us the guided tour and was a great ambassador citizen in the community we have shared some great conversation over coffee and helped each other out from time to time. 8. Arthur was a great man that loved his boys very much. He was also a great listener and always had time to help someone no matter the circumstance. He taught me how to fish when I was young and those times I will never forget. You left a hole in my heart and for many others . But I know I will see you again . RIP, god be with you.
