Baker: Richard, 86 years, beloved husband of Anna Baker, father of Sandi, Wayne, Judy, Cindy and the late Susan, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Friday, December 9, 2022. In keeping with Richard’s wishes there will be no service. In memory of Richard, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
