Our thoughts are with you as you mourn your loss. Remember the good times! Some of our memories include school days, playing softball & dodgeball and in later years we would meet up with your dad usually at Canadian Tire and have a visit. The topic of conversation would be fishing and the “fish stories” would fly!
Take care & keep in touch, Darcy.

  7. Danny, Darcy, Morris,
My condolences on your father’s passing. Over the years I spent many days with Neil at “The Shack”! He was very proud and spoke fondly of “my boys”! His skill playing rummy was nothing short of amazing! He enjoyed fishing trips to B.C. with his brother Doug. To me, Your father was southern Manitoba’s historian as his knowledge of the land was incredible and always interesting. Neil’s earthly presence is missed but his spirit remains with us forever! Thank you Neil for your friendship and may you Rest In Peace!

  8. Danny, Darcy, Morris and families, Our sincere sympathy on the loss of your Dad. I can tell you I have known your Dad all of my life and one of my fondest memories when he was at our place digging a dugout, and when he came in for supper, he sat in my chair which was on the right hand side of my Dad. I walked up to him and told him he was sitting in my stall. And from that day to probably a year ago when I last seen him, he would quietly mention it and then flash his big smile. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Brian and Paulette Fowell and family
