Janz: Barb, 97 years, beloved wife of the late Ding Janz, mother of Chris, Craig, Cindy and Robin, passed away in the Souris Personal Care Home on Sunday, November 1, 2020. A funeral service will be held in the summer of 2021. Notifications will be posted prior to the service. In memory of Barb, donations may be made to the Souris Personal Care Home Court Yard Fund c/o Prairie Mountain Health Box 10 Souris, Manitoba R0K 2C0.

Sincere sympathy Chris, Craig,Robin, Cindy, and families. Sorry for your loss. Auntie Babs was a character, never afraid to tell you what she thought. Cousin Gilbert Collinson and I saw her last fall and she was still entertaining. We enjoyed our visit.

Last time Eava and I visited she told us she never realized we looked alike. Then she sold us we were both fat and wore the same glasses! She always made us laugh and in the back of our minds we could always hear Uncle Ding laughing! Will miss all the family times…They were priceless!!
