Soper: Norm, 78 years, beloved husband of Florence Soper, father of Glenn, Craig and Lee, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. A private funeral service will be held at a later date. In memory of Norm, donations may be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada.

We remember Norm as a helpful, generous, thoughtful person. We bought your home, in Bield, years ago. Norm will be remembered for his skills, our home that he renovated, our garage & work shop & tables that he built for Bield Community Hall.
