Weenink — Johanna (Anna), beloved wife of the late Henry Weenink, mother of Brian, Dwight and Angela, passed away at the Souris Personal Care Home on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Funeral service was held at Kowalchuk’s Funeral Chapel, Souris, Manitoba on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Souris & Glenwood Cemetery. In memory of Anna, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba.

To the family. I am so sorry for your moms passing and was unable to attend services today. Know that Anna was a awesome mother, grandmother, friend and a lady. Sorry to hear about your Mom. We have been away and I saw it in the paper. I have been thinking of you and your family. I never met your Mom, but she had to be an amazing lady to have such a great daughter. She will shine on in her children and grandchildren. Anytime you need to talk, I am hear to listen.
