Alys (Sammy), 93 years, beloved wife of the late Charles (Chick) Will, passed away in the Souris Personal Care Home on September 20, 2023. A private graveside funeral service was held at the Carroll Cemetery. In memory of Sammy, donations may be made to the Souris Legion.

When Alys lived in Carroll, she was always so good to mom and Gerry and would make sure they got to the Legion meetings. She and Chick were the “Watkins” team and obviously loved to meet people at their events. So sorry to hear of her passing.

My sincerest sympathy to Sammy’s family. I have known Sammy and her family since I was 12 years old — Sammy & Chick were great friends with my parents in Kamloops and that friendship remained when we both moved to Manitoba. Sammy was always so kind and always interested in what everyone was doing. She will be missed.
