Albert, 90 years, beloved husband of Vonda Bodin, father of Kerry (Mark), Lionel (Hélène) and Tracy (Tim), grandpa of Rachel and Sydney. Albert passed away suddenly at his residence in Souris, Manitoba on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. A funeral service will be held in the spring of 2025. Notifications will be posted prior to the service. In memory of Albert, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

Dear Vonda And Family,
We were very sorry to hear of Albert’s passing. Albert and Neil’s friendship spanned many decades and even though they didn’t see each other often, they could just pick up where they left off — and enjoy sharing stories and laughter. They were always fond of one another and enjoyed the friendship that they shared. We girls remember the story of how Albert had helped move mom and dad from Hartney to Kearns Ontario in 1958, and then remained and lived with us for a short time — and during that time he bought and gifted a large stuffed animal to Lynn and Beverly.

Little did we know that so soon after our visit at Brandon Hospital a few weeks ago that Albert would be gone. Our caring sympathy, Vonda ,to you and your family . A special picture of him -handsome, ,smiling and happy. Peace be with you.
