I knew Darcy through work as he always came out to Brandon to update/fix our computers. He was such a personable wonderful person and I enjoyed our conversations. Turns out his wife is a sister to an amazing teacher who taught my girls. He spoke so highly of his wife and family and how he looked forward to retiring. All my sympathies to the families.
I knew Darcy from work and he was always friendly and loved to stop by your desk to chat. I’m very sorry for your loss.
Darcy was one of our “go to” IT people at work. We also volunteered together on the workplace United Way committee. Darcy will be remembered for his calm demeanour, quiet sense of humour, and ever ready willingness to help others.
What a shock to read about Darcy’s passing! With us being close to Darcy’s parents, we did get to know Darcy and Jennifer. Darcy’s parents and ourselves travelled to several square dance conventions in Canada and United States. (That was many, many years ago.) Now I am by myself (as my husband passed away five years ago) I would like to extend my condolences to Darcy’s family, including Jennifer. May the many fond memories you have of Darcy help you through this very sorrowful time. Peace be with all of you.
With sincere sympathy,
Lorraine

Sending our deepest condolences to Jennifer, Bruce, Denise and families. May you find peace in your many memories you all have of Darcy.
Condolences Jennifer and family.
I’m fortunate to have worked with Darcy majority of my career in IT. We were quad mates, and welcomed me in their lunch crew when I joined the team. He was one of the guys who made work fun. He had a wind-up Woody from Toy Story that would say random phrases yet always seem fitting. Thank you Darcy for the memories, and may you RIP….“Reach for the sky” -Woody

My sincerest condolences to you Jennifer and your family. I knew Darcy from work as well and he was always kind and smiling. We suffered a similar loss on our family in July so I truly empathise. One minute, one hour, one day at a time. You will never stop missing him. Hold your loving memories close.
