Francis, Philip, 86 years, beloved husband of Anna Francis, father of Julian and Jonathon, passed away in the Souris Health Centre on Sunday, May 15, 2016. Celebration of Philip’s life was held at the Oak Lake Mennonite Church, Oak Lake, Manitoba, on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Private interment at a later date. In memory of Philip, donations may be to a charity of your choice.
