BROWN – It is with extreme sadness that the family of Lloyd Walker Brown announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Lloyd passed away at Souris PCH on September 14, 2013 at the age of 88. Lloyd was born at Souris to John and Clara Brown, January 11, 1925. He had one sister, Dorothy. He grew up on the family farmwest of Souris, attending Whitefield School until Grade 9 at which time he went to Souris Collegiate to finish his High School education.

Morris — Freda Mae, Freda Morris passed away on the morning of August 29, 2013 at the age of 88 at the Souris Personal Care Home. Freda will be lovingly remembered by her children: Eric, Peggy, Debra, Mary Lynn and Jacqueline. She was pre-deceased by one son, Jim. Hintz: Marion Ethel died, in her 86th year in the Souris Personal Care Home, Souris, Manitoba, on August 25, 2013 after a long period of ailing health. She was born in the Souris and Glenwood Hospital on July 25, 1928, the second daughter of Thomas and Edith Doherty.
Marion completed her primary and secondary school education in Souris and following summer school training taught school near Rivers, Mb. and subsequently at Carroll. She completed her Degree in Education at Brandon University
