Semeschuk: Julia Luba Semeschuk passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Fairview Personal Care Home in Brandon at the age of 92.
Julia was born April 3, 1928 in Danbury, Saskatchewan, the youngest child of Ann and Sam Kosteniuk. She was the last surviving member of seven children born to Ann and Sam.

Frank Elmer Basiuk, was born September 28, 1929 on the farm homesteaded by his grandfather near Foam Lake, Saskatchewan. He grew up in the nearby small town of Parkerview with his two brothers, Henry and Joseph and his twin sisters Eleanor and Evelyn.

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness we announce the passing of Joan on Monday, January 25, 2021 in St Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver, B.C.
Joan arrived in Souris, Manitoba on February 23, 1949, and was the second of three children born to Muriel and Gordon McCulloch. Growing up in the close knit community of Souris allowed the always-social Joan to join every club available, which resulted in lasting friendships that remained true throughout her life.
