Garth was born on April 26th, 1936 in Souris MB., fifth child of Fred and Gertie Seafoot. He was raised on the “Old Homestead” farm in Oakland Municipality. CARLISLE: Joanne, 69 years, beloved daughter of the late Bus and Doris Carlisle, sister of Bruce Carlisle and the late Donna Carlisle, died in the Souris Personal Care Home on Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Funeral service will be held at Kowalchuk’s Funeral Chapel, Souris, Manitoba on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment in the Souris & Glenwood Cemetery.
